For engagements outside the state of North Carolina,
 

Mike's fees range from $2500. + expenses to $4000. + expenses based on length of presentation and location.

Mike always charges "coach" airfare and always pro-rates expenses with other speeches on the same trip...if it is a "drive to" speech, mileage is charged at the prevailing IRS allowance..
